  • Food worker card now available online

    The Adams County Health Department (ACHD) has made it easier to get the Food Worker Card training that is required to work in a food establishment. ACHD has partnered with the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department to offer this service online. Residents can now take the training, pay for the test and print out the card in the convenience of their own home.   • Park and rec district announces meeting changes

    The Park and Recreation District No. 4 is changing their regular meeting time and location, however the dates remain on the regular schedule. The new meeting time has changed from 7 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the new location for these meetings is the C.J. Newland American Legion Hall building instead of the Ritzville City Park.
