Shoes for fall sports available for LRS athletes

A Spokane Athletic representative will be at Gilson Gym on Wednesday, July 18 at 9 a.m. with Nike cleats and volleyball shoes for athletes participating in the fall sports program.

The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague athletic department receives 35-40 percent discount off of Nike items.

Football players have the option to select cleats, girdle pads, receiver gloves, and other necessary equipment. The Hyperstrong three-quarters girdle with kneepads that retail for $110 should cost about $72 for athletes. If the representative does not have the correct size, athletes can order them.

LRS volleyball players will have a couple of shoe samples to try on and then order.

Items can be ordered or picked up during while the representative is at Gilson.
