Candidates prepare to speak at Chamber meeting July 19

Adams County candidates for the upcoming primary election are going to be introduced during the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce meeting on July 19.

Beginning at noon at Ritz Roadhouse, the meeting includes a five-minute introduction from each of the following candidates as well as an opportunity to ask questions.

Candidates for Adams County Commissioner District 1 include incumbent Rudy Plager with opponents Don Gentry and John Marshall.

County Commissioner District 2 candidates are incumbent Roger Hartwig and opponent Oscar Garza.

Vying for the position of Adams County Superior Court Judge Position 1 are Brian Miller and Randy Flyckt.

All candidates will appear on the primary ballot, which are mailed on July 20.
