    ADMAS COUNTY – Open burning is allowed beginning Friday, Oct 23, for Ritzville Adams County Fire District No. 1, City of Ritzville, Lind Adams County Fire District No. 2 and Washtucna Adams County Fire District No. 7.     RITZVILLE – A collection of non-perishable items is being taken up for neighbors affected by the wildfires. Diane Kennedy, owner of The Caddy Shack restaurant at the Ritzville Golf Course, said she will have a truck parked in front of the restaurant the week of September 21-26. Kennedy said she would collect household items and personal items — “anything people can spare,” to help those in need due to the devastating wildfires of the past week.
