Silent auction items needed for Relay

The list of silent auction items for the 2012 Relay For Life of Ritzville is considerably shorter than in the past years and organizers are asking for donations to the fundraiser.

The silent auction serves as just one of the many fundraisers during the weekend event and is going to be set up in the center of the Ritzville High School football field from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Previous silent auctions featured at Relay have included more than 50 items and raised over $4,000.

The Wheatland Bank team coordinates the silent auction event and is asking that all donations be delivered to the business as soon as possible. Items must have an estimated value provided with them at the time of donation.

Wheatland Bank will be receiving donations during business hours until Friday evening when all of the items will be moved to the center field at Relay. The bank is located at 101 East First Avenue.
