Loren Culp, who was the Republican nominee running against incumbent Democrat Jay Inslee in the last election, will be running against 4th Congressional District Rep. Dan Newhouse, R-Sunnyside.     The Washtucna community Blood Drive is scheduled for Tuesday, April 27, and donors are needed to help with the community blood supply.     RITZVILLE – Vandals tagged businesses with graffiti and several Storywalk installations on the walking path between town and the fairgrounds. Head Coach Bryce Court said they had an 18-hole match against Asotin at Quail Ridge, a course with a Par 71 and a rating/slope of 69.5/125.
