    GRANT COUNTY — A 31-year-old Othello man was killed when he failed to stop at a stop sign Monday evening, Oct. 26. Payan Medinairrael was driving southbound on Highway 262 shortly after 8 p.m. when he ran a stop sign and struck the trailer of a vehicle traveling westbound on Highway 26, according to Washington State Patrol officials.     RITZVILLE — The Adams County Planning Commission has set the second Thursday of November (Nov. 12) and the second Thursday of December (Dec. 10) as their regular business days, and cancelled their meetings on the fourth Thursdays of both months, due to holidays.
