    At the general membership meeting of the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce, Ritzville Police Officer Tom Gracie will present vital information to citizens about solicitors and credit card fraud.     The H.E. Gritman Senior Center is hosting the monthly pancake breakfast on Friday, Dec. 13, from 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and a Christmas Lunch on Dec. 19 at noon. Pancakes, a choice of ham or sausage, and juice or coffee, are on the breakfast menu this Friday with a suggested donation of $5 per person. The breakfast serves as a fundraiser for the senior center and is held the second Friday of every month, except during the summer.     The free children’s matinee is set for Saturday, Dec. 14, at the American Legion Memorial Hall on Broadway Avenue.     The Ritzville Grade School’s ongoing food drive concludes on Friday, Dec. 13, to benefit the Ritzville Food Pantry. Students began the holiday food drive on Dec. 3. Residents are encouraged to donate nonperishable food items during regular business hours. Suggested items include canned fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, canned tuna, rice, whole wheat pasta, soups, multigrain cereal and tomato sauce.     The brisk early morning air did not prevent a large group of area residents from participating in the 26th Annual Turkey Trot through Ritzville on Thanksgiving morning.
