    EDWALL— The local fire station has a new fire engine in house at no cost to Fire District No. 4 thanks to the Federal Firefighter Property Program. The engine, named Engine 461, is a 1995 Pierce Arrow originally built for the Marine Corps.     TYLER – A lost hunter was located Nov. 14, about eight hours after he became lost in the fog along the Columbia Plateau State Park Trail.
