DECISION

Notice was given and a public

hearing was held in front of

the Planning Commission on

Wednesday, November 15,

2023, as required by Ritzville

Municipal Code, variance chapter

11.195 for a Greenwalt short

plat variance application. The

Planning Commission granted

a variance to Curt Greenwalt at

1104 S Par Drive for the short

plat’s lot 2 depth criteria to be

less than the required 100 feet

on the south side. This decision

will become final ten (10) days

after publication of notice on

November 22, 2023, unless an

appeal is filed with the Adams
