    RITZVILLE – The Ritzville Water Park closed for the season Sunday, Aug. 22. Manager Donna Kessler described the season as "hot." She went on to say the park had "pretty consistent attendance all season." The park operated five days a week, instead of the usual six days, due to staff shortages, she said.     RITZVILLE – After a year absence, the Ritzville Golf Course was once again the site of the annual Danekas Invitational Golf Tournament on Sunday Aug. 22. More than 50 golfers competed in "DIGs," divided into three flights by handicap. Flight 1 included golfers with handicaps of 1-11.
