    RITZVILLE — A Montana man was arrested Saturday, July 31, after Adams County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a local truck stop for a possible stabbing. Christopher Lee Spangler, 34, of Helena, Mont., was arrested on two counts of fourth-degree assault and one count of third-degree malicious mischief and booked into the Adams County Jail. In a report released last week by the state Employment Security Department, Adams County showed a jobless rate of only 4.6%.
