    The Ritzville Relay For Life committee members are meeting on Monday, Feb. 10, at 5:30 p.m. at Bronco Farm Supply to discuss the 2014 Relay For Life event. The meeting is open to the public and any individual interested in participating in the Relay event is encouraged to attend. The Ritzville Relay For Life event is slated for July 12 and has been changed to a Saturday, daytime event for the first time.     Ritzville’s Little League program needs volunteers in order to ensure the program is able to conduct a Little League season this year. Chad Hoeft said the local committee is short handed in numerous ways and must find new volunteers to fill board vacancies, coach teams, umpire and help during the annual field maintenance day.     Adams County voters are reminded the special election regarding bonds and levies for local school districts concludes on Feb. 11. All ballots must be mailed or put in a drop box by Feb. 11 to be counted in the election. Voters within the Washtucna, Ritzville, Lind and LaCrosse school districts have Maintenance and Operation (M&O) levies on the ballot, and Lind also has an additional bond. Lind voters are presented with two ballot measures this year, regarding a replacement Maintenance and Operation (M&O) levy and a 15-year general obligation bond.     Inland Northwest Blood Center, along with Lind-Ritzville High School Community Blood Drive Volunteers led by Kerry Murphy, are coordinating a blood drive on Wednesday, Feb. 19. The event is being held at Lind-Ritzville High School and donation hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. INBC needs an average of 200 blood donors every day to meet the needs of more than 35 hospitals in the Inland Northwest.     The Broncos are taking five wrestlers to Colfax on Saturday for the sub-regional match, commencing their pursuit of a trip to the state wrestling tournament.
