George H. Messerschmidt

George H. Messerschmidt, 82, died Nov. 17 at the Spokane Veterans Home. He is preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy, son George, and great-grandson Jackson.

He is survived by his wife Alice of Spokane Valley; sons Steven, Forrest, and Bruce of Juneau, Alaska; son Kris of Ritzville; stepdaughter Susan of Grants Pass, Oregon; stepson Steve of Seattle; 16 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Roberta Spartz of Juneau and Don Messerschmidt of Vancouver, Washington.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Dec. 2, at Greenacres Baptist Church, 18620 East Sprague, Spokane Valley, WA....
