Phyllis joined her Lord on Jan. 11, 2024. Preceding her in death were her parents, Clarence and Alice (Gillett) Oestreich, her sister Genevieve (Oestreich) Massie, brother Robert (Bob) Oestreich, two nephews, Dwight Massie and Greg Oestreich, two great nephews Derrick Kennedy and Daniel Clark, and a great niece, April Oestreich.

Phyllis was born in Astoria, Ore. on July 12, 1929. She graduated from Ritzville High School in 1947 and the University of Washington School of Nursing with a BS in Nursing in 1952. She attended the University of Pitt...
