Lind third grade class learns about clean water

Lind Elementary School’s third grade class, under the direction of Jennifer Anderson, received a $225 mini-grant from CF Industries to learn about water pollution.

Anderson applied for this grant in October of 2015 and has been preparing her class for this opportunity since then. The grant will specifically pay for the publishing of a book penned by the third grade class.

The class has been studying the different ways water can become polluted as well as learning how wastewater is treated. This will be the center of their text.
