Lind Town Council discusses billing for licensing dogs

Upon approval of previous minutes and claims, the Lind Town Council completed the resolution to allow golf carts to be driven on Lind streets, a resolution for surplus items has been agreed upon and issues regarding fines pertaining to dog owners in Lind.

Council members unanimously authorized Resolution 15-02 requiring golf cart registration and annual fees. The Council has already adopted Ordinance 15-01 establishing a golf cart zone at a previous meeting held Tuesday, June 9.

Resolution 15-02 states, “No golf cart shall be operated on any street or alley of the Town of Lind unless the owner...
