There are a lot of changes that take place on a day-to-day basis. We’ve all experienced those changes for the good and the bad. Sometimes they’re hard to accept and sometimes we jump for joy. As long as we adapt we’ll certainly be okay.

So when I read last week about Stephen McFadden’s future career, it brought back a lot of memories about when he arrived in Ritzville as the new publisher of The Ritzville Adams County Journal. My wife and I made sure we were in attendance to meet Stephen and his family that day in 2004 and we hit it off right from the start.
