    OLYMPIA — Gov. Jay Inslee this morning extended his coronavirus lockdown measures until 11:59 p.m. Jan. 11, “unless otherwise extended.” Jan. 11 is the opening day of the upcoming legislative session, and Democrats Sen. Andy Billig of Spokane and Laurie Jinkins of Tacoma have said there won't be public access to government buildings. Billig is the Senate majority leader and Jinkins is the House majority leader.     LIND – Wreaths were laid across the graves of 10 military veterans in the Lind Cemetery Saturday, Dec. 19, part of National Wreaths Across America Day.     RICHLAND – The Hanford Reach steelhead fishery will close Jan. 1. The closure is from the Interstate 182 bridge upstream to the old Hanford townsite powerline crossing over the Columbia River. It will remain in effect iuntil April 15. State Department of Fish and Wildlife said the closure is being ordered due to predictions of a low Ringold Springs Hatchery return.     OLYMPIA – The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission will offer two free days in January, when visitors to state parks will not need a Discover Pass for day-use visits.     KAHLOTUS – A driver was cited with a DUI and traveling too fast for conditions Sunday, Dec. 27. Roy Tarunay, 29, was driving southbound on Highway 261 approaching milepost 3, three miles north of Kahlotus when he lost control of his vehicle.     SPOKANE – Hunters reporting their 2020 black bear, deer, elk or turkey results by Jan. 10 will have the opportunity to win one of nine deer and elk incentive permits for fall 2021.     KITTITAS – An Othello man was taken to a Yakima hospital following a head-on crash on Interstate 90 on Christmas day. Joaquin V. Garcia, 37, was taken to the hospital after the 7:16 p.m. crash near the Thorp Road exit, the Washington State Patrol said.
