    The Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce honored nine citizens during its annual Community Recognition Night on Saturday, Oct. 22.     More than 55 percent of registered voters in Adams County cast their ballot in Tuesday’s General Election according the county’s elections office. Ballots tallies were tabulated at 8 p.m. Tuesday, after the canvassing board reviewed ballots with write-in candidates earlier in the evening followed by another count at 3:33 p.m. on Wednesday.
