    LACROSSE — The town has received a $691,742 state grant to improve the sidewalks along Second and Main Streets.     WINONA- The new Rebel Flat Cree trestle on the Palouse-Coulee City railroad line was dedicated Thursday morning, Nov. 2. Speakers included 9th Legislative District Sen.     EWAN — Rock Lake will receive 27,000 rainbow trout this fall, courtesy of the state Department of Fish and Wildlife. Spokeswoman Staci Lehman said the rainbow trout come from Lyons Ferry Fish Hatchery and cost approximately 4 to 5 cents per stocked fry, or fingerling.     ST. JOHN – Two area men were remembered following the Saturday, Aug. 26, sprint boat races at Webb's Slough. The ashes of Richie Baltierra of St. John were spread on the waters after the racing.
