Closures of I-90 to begin for Schoessler Road overpass repairs near Ritzville

RITZVILLE — Crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will close westbound I-90 and reroute travelers through the off-ramp at the Schoessler Road interchange and back onto I-90, in order to repair damage from an oversized load that struck the underside of the overpass in June.

Crews will be removing and replacing damaged concrete to the underside of the overpass during the closure.

Closures of westbound I-90 are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following days:

Wednesday, Nov. 18; Thursday, Nov. 19; Monday, Nov. 23; and Tuesday, Nov. 24.
