Traffic Hazard – 2200 block West Bench Road Othello

Report of a cow outside of the fence near the location. Deputies arrived and contacted the owner to put the cow back inside the fence.

Agency Assist – West I-90 near milepost 235 Ritzville

Deputies assisted WSP with a traffic stop at the location.

Runaway Juvenile – 2100 block West Panama Road Othello

Report of a runaway at the location. The juvenile was later located by Pasco Police and removed from the system as a runaway.

DUI – West Sutton Road Othello

Report of a possible DUI westbound from the location. It was requested that the Othello Police Department be advised in case the vehicle travelled into city limits.

Domestic – 2100 block West Margaret Lane Othello

Report of a domestic at the location. A male subject left the scene prior to deputy arrival after being advised law enforcement was contacted. Deputies were advised the incident was verbal only. Complainant stated she called law enforcement to prevent the incident from escalating.

Disorderly – 700 block South Pence Road Lind

Complainant advised there was a subject outside of the gas station yelling at him and “talking trash” to his daughter. It was learned the subject was attempting to hitch a ride with people leaving the gas station. A clerk advised the subject got in a car and left the area.

Nuisance/Noise – 300 block South Reynolds Road Othello

Anonymous report of loud music near the location. The responsible agreed to lower the volume.

Nuisance/Noise – West Rainier Road and South Chalino Lane Othello

Report of loud music near the location. The responsible agreed to lower the volume.

Assault – 800 block South Highway 24 Othello

Report of a juvenile who had been punched and could not breathe. Deputies contacted subjects who advised of an altercation. Investigation is ongoing.

Agency Assist – West Highway 26 and South Hart Road Othello

WSP requested assistance for a hit and run traffic collision. Deputies contacted the driver who advised he was not injured. Reportable damage was observed to the vehicle. WSP arrived and took over the investigation. Driver was found to be DUI.

Assault – 600 block South Eagle Road Othello

Complainant advised of being assaulted by an unknown subject at the location. Complainant was highly intoxicated and could not provide details or identify the subject. Deputies contacted the subject who advised he did not observe an assault take place due to arriving at the location 10 minutes before law enforcement arrival.

August 16

Nuisance/Noise – 700 block South Ridgeview Loop Othello

Report of loud music near the location. Complainant called dispatch multiple times and advised if deputies did not respond he would handle the situation himself. Deputies did not observe any loud music.

Alarm – 2100 block West Eddies Lane Othello

Complainant advised her back-door alarm had been activated and noticed an unknown subject running in her back yard. Deputies were unable to locate any subjects.

Citizen Assist – 2000 block North Durry Road Ritzville

Complainant advised he was in need of medical assistance, and was having suicidal thoughts. Complainant was medically cleared by EMS. When deputies spoke to the complainant, he said he was not having thoughts of harming himself. The complainant agreed to check himself into the hospital voluntarily.

Agency Assist – East Highway 26 and South Dewald Road Washtucna

Deputies requested assistance from WSP with a traffic collision at the location. WSP conducted a traffic collision investigation.

Traffic Hazard – West Bench Road and South Steele Road Othello

Deputies removed a calf from the roadway at the location and contacted the owner.

Welfare Check – 400 block Apple Alley Lane Hatton

Dispatch advised of possible child abuse at the location. Investigation is ongoing.

Fire – 800 block South Steele Road Othello

Report of a fire at the location. Deputies observed a haystack on fire. Investigation is ongoing.

Lost/Found Property – North Cow Lake Road Ritzville

Dispatch advised a subject lost her driver’s license at the location. Subject searched the area and was not able to locate the license.

Domestic – West Cunningham Road Othello

Dispatch advised of a rolling domestic at the location. Deputies located a vehicle matching the description at a residence. Deputies were unable to make contact with the male known to drive the suspected vehicle.

Death Investigation – 2300 block West Hatton Road Othello

Report of a death at the location. Deputies conducted a death investigation.

Citizen Assist – 1500 block 1st Avenue Ritzville

Complainant called dispatch saying he was tired and confused. Complainant was found lying on the hot asphalt and had locked his keys in his car. He was transported to East Adams Rural Hospital.

Disorderly – South Meadowlark Lane Othello

Report of a disorderly call, possibly a fight in progress at the location. Deputies were advised the incident was no longer in progress and a subject had left the location. A subject was contacted who advised of a verbal argument with the subject. No signs of a physical altercation were observed.

Trespassing – 700 block West Schoessler Road Ritzville

Complainant advised of subjects trespassing at the location. When deputies arrived, the subjects had left. Investigation is ongoing.

Prisoner Transport – West I-90 near milepost 192 Ritzville

A prisoner exchange was completed at the location with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office. The prisoner was transported to the Adams County Jail and booked without incident.

August 17

Suspicious – East Rosenoff Road Ritzville

Complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle at the location. Deputies contacted a subject who advised he was in an argument with his wife and spent the night in the vehicle. The subject was advised he could not sleep there and left the scene.

Traffic Hazard – West Bench Road and South Broadway Avenue Othello

Report of a calf in the roadway near the location. After searching the area, the calf had returned back to its property.

Alarm – 700 block South Ridgeview Loop Othello

False alarm at the location.

Fire – West Highway 24 near milepost 73 Othello

Report of a vehicle on fire at the location. Deputies provided traffic control while fire units investigated the fire.

Traffic Accident – North Schoonover Road and East Tokio Road Ritzville

Report of a vehicle collision at the location. Deputies conducted a traffic collision investigation.

Traffic Hazard – West Lee Road and South Reynolds Road Othello

Report of a traffic hazard at the location in which an end gun was hitting the roadway. The responsible was contacted and took care of the issue.

Violation of a Court Order – 600 block South Kaylee Road Othello

Report of a violation of court order in progress near the location. After investigation, the court order was determined to be expired but complainant requested the subject be trespassed. The subject was contacted and trespass warned from the location.

Fire – South Hillcrest Road and South Ridgeview Loop

Complainant advised her neighbors have a fire burning but nobody has attended to it in a while. She is concerned because it is windy. Deputies contacted the responsible and the fire was put out.

August 18

Agency Assist – West Highway 26 near milepost 36 Othello

WSP requested assistance near the location for a possible vehicle prowl in progress. Deputies arrived and observed the vehicle parked off the roadway with nobody around it. Deputies remained on scene until assistance was no longer needed.

Traffic Hazard – 700 block South Reynolds Road Othello

Report of several trucks racing near the location. Deputies checked the area and didn’t locate any trucks racing.

Runaway Juvenile – 2200 block Deborah Court Othello

Complainant advised her son had been gone for several days. The juvenile was entered into the system as a runaway.

Harassment – 800 block South Highway 24 Othello

Report of an ongoing issue from another case. The information will be passed to the deputy who took the initial call.

Alarm – 700 block South Hillcrest Road Othello

False alarm at the location.

Domestic – East Highway 26 near milepost 92 Washtucna

Report of a male and female fighting in a white car at the location. Deputy searched the area and wasn’t able to locate the described vehicle.

Citizen Dispute – 2800 block West Bench View Lane Othello

Report of a landlord tenant dispute over water issues at the location. Deputy arrived and was advised of a leak and well water being used on a lawn instead of irrigation water. Subjects were advised to handle matters in civil court.

Citizen Dispute – 200 block West Spring Avenue Washtucna

Complainant advised he confronted a subject about letting his dog defecate in the park. The complainant and the subject called each other names. The subject left north on highway 261. Complainant did not take down the vehicle license plate.

Traffic Accident – 600 block South Kaylee Road Othello

Dispatch advised of a hit and run traffic collision at listed location, further advising the 2020 census worker was the running vehicle. Contacted subject and determined he did not know he had damaged anything. Complainant and suspect agreed to handle matters civilly.

Report of vehicles parked, partially blocking the roadway at the location.

Citizen Assist – 2200 block West Bench Road Othello

Dispatch advised of an on-going issue with subjects hitting golf balls into complainant’s property and striking his house. Subjects admitted to the behavior and advised they would stop.

Suspicious – North Marengo Road Ritzville

Complainant advised of a suspicious vehicle parked in the area. The subjects advised they were parked on the shoulder of the road watching the sunset and would be leaving shortly.

Alarm – 1000 block South Hi-Lo Drive Othello

False alarm at the location.

Welfare Check – 1900 block North Kulm Road Ritzville

Complainant advised she hasn’t been able to reach her husband since about 3 p.m. She said he had fallen down last night and she was concerned about him. Deputies contacted complainant’s husband, who said he was fine and would call his wife.

Malicious Mischief – 2100 block West May Street Othello

Investigation is ongoing into graffiti at the location.

August 19

Alarm – 1700 block East Weber Road Ritzville

Report of a motion alarm at the location. All the doors to the building were secure and there was no sign of attempted entry to the building. The owner was notified, and said he would check the interior later.

Alarm – 2100 block West Bench Road Othello

False alarm at the location.

Fraud – 1800 block East Tokio Road Ritzville

Complainant advised he received a call from the small business administration referencing a loan he did not apply for. He was advised to report the fraud.

Suspicious 911 – West Kuhn Road Othello

Complainant advised of a 911 with subjects yelling in the background near the location. After investigation, it was a false alarm.

Animal Problem – East Urquhart Road and North Wahl Road Ritzville

Deputies dispatched an injured deer at the location.

Domestic – 800 block South Highland Road Othello

Report of a domestic violence assault at the location. Deputies contacted subjects involved. Investigation is ongoing.

Standby Peace - 800 block South Highland Road Othello

Complainant requested a standby peace to retrieve items from the location.

Theft – West Cunningham Road and South Lind-Hatton Road Othello

Report of a theft of tools at the location. Investigation is ongoing.

Traffic Accident – West May Street Othello

Report of a two-vehicle collision at the location. Deputies found one of the driver’s to be under the influence and driving while license suspended 2nd degree. The driver also had two warrants for his arrest. Miguel Antonio-Amado was arrested and booked into jail.

August 20

Suspicious – 1500 block West 1st Avenue Ritzville

Report of a suspicious vehicle at the location. Deputies contacted the vehicle and determined the driver was not impaired.

Agency Assist – East Rosenoff Road and North Suko Road Ritzville

Deputies assisted the Ritzville Police Department with a traffic stop at the location.

Violation of a Court Order – 800 block South Lucy Road Othello

Report of a violation of an order through phone contact. Investigation is ongoing.

Abandoned Vehicle – 1700 block North Broadway Avenue Othello

Complainant called requesting assistance in contacting the owner of a trailer parked on his property. The complainant later called back and stated they were able to resolve the issue.

Violation of a Court Order – 2000 block West Highway 26 Othello

Dispatch advised of a suspect attempting to contact a protected person using the sheriff’s office. Investigation is ongoing.

Hazardous Condition – South Thacker Road and South McKinney Road Othello

Report of kids in a side by side ORV tearing it up behind a couple of haystacks at the location.

Suspicious – 700 block South Sara Lane Othello

Complainant advised her doorbell camera recorded a subject in the early hours of the morning. The unidentified subject pulled the door handle to one of her vehicles. The vehicle was locked and the subject left on foot.

Agency Assist – 200 block East Alder Avenue Ritzville

Deputies overheard Ritzville police officers responding to an assault at the location. Deputies assisted RPD with their investigation.

Agency Assist – East I-90 near milepost 230 Sprague

Deputies overheard WSP troopers advise they were attempting to catch up to a motorcycle traveling at a high rate of speed. Deputies were unable to locate the motorcycle.

August 21

Traffic Accident – West Hampton Road and South Reynolds Road Othello

Report of a one-vehicle collision near the location. The driver fled the scene after damaging property. Investigation is ongoing.

Agency Assist – 700 block South Solomons Landing Lane Othello

The Franklin County Sheriffs’ Office requested deputies attempt contact with a subject living at the location regarding an abandoned boat they had located. Franklin County later advised the owner of the boat was en route to pick it up.

DUI – North Highway 395 near milepost 83 Ritzville

Report of an erratic vehicle traveling near the location. Brenda Thomas was booked into jail for DUI and Reckless Driving.

Littering – East Sackman Road Lind

Report of garbage dumped in a field near the location. Deputies located the responsible and had them clean it up.

DUI – South Danielson Road Othello

Complainant reported following a possible DUI. Humberto Roblero-Arreaga was arrested and booked into jail for DUI and No Valid Driver’s License 1st Degree.

Suspicious – 100 block West 5th Street Lind

Complainant advised of her neighbors burning garbage in their backyard. Deputies contacted the responsible and had them put out the fire.
