Teen Scene water balloon fight

The East Adams Library District (EALD) is holding a water balloon fight on Aug. 23 from 6-7 p.m. at Ritzville City Park.

The activity is for teenagers 13 years and older. Teens can earn bonus water balloons and prizes for completing their summer reading goals.
