As the City of Ritzville, our function is to provide you with police, fire, water, sewer, streets, garbage, parks, and other services.

We are also asked by you, the taxpayer, to pass and enforce certain laws that provide general safety and welfare of Ritzville’s citizens.

To continue our public service obligations, there are certain charges and fees that we must collect. These include utility fees, building permits, animal licenses, business licenses and so forth.
