Sheriff Hunt submits letter of resignation

The Adams County Commissioners received an official letter of retirement by Adams County Sheriff John Hunt on Monday, June 22.

In the letter, Hunt formally advised his decision to retire as Adams County Sheriff, effective August 31, 2015.

Hunt expressed his honor to serve as Adams County Sheriff for the last two years and to have served the citizens of Adams County.
