Fatal wreck claims the life of Kennewick driver

A one-vehicle rollover four miles south of Ritzville on State Route 395 proved deadly for a Kennewick resident on May 8.

David Brenchley, 75, was pronounced dead at the scene after he lost control of the vehicle he was driving and rolled into the median.

Four juveniles were in the vehicle with Brenchley at the time of the accident. The 10 and 11-year olds were transported, treated and released from East Adams Rural Hospital.

The rollover occurred slightly after 2 p.m. on Friday.
