Paul J. Kuch

Paul J. Kuch, died April 14, in Odessa. He was born on December 7, 1943 in Odessa, to Richard and Anna (Hemmerling) Kuch.

Paul grew up in Odessa and attended school graduating from Odessa High School and also attended Whitworth College for a short time.

Paul married Linda Barker on June 3, 1972 in Spokane, and they made their home in Odessa. Paul farmed for many years, drove school bus and later worked for the Adams County Road Dept. where he worked until he retired.

Paul was very active in the Heritage Church and the Odessa FFA program. Spending time with his family was very important to him.

Paul is survived by his wife Linda Kuch at the home and three children Ryan Kuch, Scott (Becky) Kuch and Heidi Kuch along with seven grandchildren: Bailey and Riley Kuch, Kyle, Jessica, Garrett Sheffels, Isaiah and Cassidy Kuch and one great grandson Lucian Sheffels. His sister Linda (Richard) Dymond and niece Lynann Taylor and nephews Bill Kuch and Robert Dymond.

He is preceded in death by his parents Richard and Anna Kuch and his brother Melvin Kuch.

He was a member and trustee of the Heritage Church, Odessa FFA Alumni and Ag Advisory board and former Adams County Rd Department Union President.

Paul enjoyed fishing, watching the Indy 500, snowmobiling, collecting stuff. Paul was a bus driver for the Odessa school district for over 25 years.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 2, at 11 a.m. at the Heritage Church, Odessa, with Pastor Jon Hayashi, officiating.
