Emergency food, shelter program offered

The Adams County Emergency Food and Shelter Board invite non-profit organizations to submit applications for emergency funding for 2015.

In the past 31 years more than $3.6 billion has been distributed across America to address the needs of the homeless and hungry. Last year, Adams County received $7,839. This year funding may be reduced. Any agency that provides assistance to the elderly, families with children, Native Americans, and so on, is eligible to apply.
