School boards prep for upcoming academic year

The Lind and Ritzville School Boards met for a regular meeting on Monday, July 28, at the Lind-Ritzville Middle School. The boards both approved budgets for the upcoming year and toured the facilities to see the updates being completed by McKinstry.

The consent agenda items included the hiring of third grade teacher Jennifer Anderson in Lind, and the resignation of ag instructor Brad Gering for the Ritzville School District. Both districts approved the hiring of high school assistant volleyball coach Angelina Boettcher and high school assistant football coach Kellen Hays.
