PRESERVATION WORK

Mayor Linda Kadlec presents John Rankin with a Historical Preservation Award. Rankin is the president of the Ritzville Downtown Development Association. The RDDA is the owner of the Ritz Theatre and Rankin is spearheading the efforts to renovate and reopen the theater. The award states: “For your dedication and service on the restoration of the Ritz Theatre.”
