Physician recruitment effort moving forward

Finding a new, full time physician for the hospital district will be one of CEO Gary Bostrom’s priorities in 2014.

Bostrom has been negotiating with several physician recruitment services in recent weeks, looking to retain the agency or agencies that will best serve the district’s needs. He’s also attempting to complete the recruitment effort on a tight budget of $30,000.

In negotiations with four recruiters, Bostrom has tentatively retained two companies.
