The girls’ basketball teams are doing exceptional. They’ve won all of their games so far!

There are two teams this year, A-team and B-team. Steve Nygren and Rita Fryberger are this year’s coaches.

Mr. Nygren coaches the A team. The girls played Liberty last Monday and won 30-16! Mr. Nygren said, “The girls were on a roll in the second half and never looked back. They played great defense, and hit some timely shots.”

Mrs. Fryberger coaches the B team. She coached basketball for LRS two years before, and now she’s back once again sharing her wisdom with the girls.

Currently, both teams are sitting at 5-0. They are doing amazing.
