Madrigal dinner planned for trio of communities

The Kahlotus, LaCrosse and Washtucna music departments are presenting a “Madrigal Dinner” at each of the schools during the month of December. The 15th century, English castle style dinner also features musicians, actors and a court jester to provide entertainment.

Tickets for the dinner are $12, and the menu includes mixed green salad, roasted chicken, rice pilaf, dinner roll, green beans, cherry crumble, and punch or coffee.

The dinner is hosted in LaCrosse on Dec. 2 at 6:15 p.m., followed by Kahlotus on Dec. 4 at 6:15 p.m., and Washtucna on Dec. 10 at 6:15 p.m.
