Talent show coordinator, assistant to superintendent needed for this year’s fair

Coordinators of the Wheat Land Communities’ Fair are currently seeking volunteers to fill two vacant positions for the annual event. Currently, a talent show coordinator and an assistant to the superintendents are needed.

The talent show coordinator’s responsibilities include the scheduling of talent acts and being present for the second annual show at the fairgrounds on the evening of Thursday, Aug. 29.

The assistant to the superintendents is needed on Wednesday, Aug. 28, from 6-8 p.m. to help superintendents with entries. The assistant would primarily be volunteering with organizing entries in the departments of fruits and vegetables, arts and crafts, and photography.

Volunteers are asked to contact superintendent coordinator Morgane Roth at 650-7003.
