Old High School Demolition

The demolition of the old high school building on Seventh Avenue and Division Street is expected to occur on Monday, Aug. 19. The construction company, Eastside Wood Recycling, has begun moving equipment to the site and will begin preparation for demolition tomorrow, Friday, but major demolition is not expected to occur until Monday. Residents are asked to use caution when near the construction area and a portion of Division Street will remain closed until further notice.
