Police wrestle with juvenile vandalism

Four youths have been banned from being at the city’s skateboard park and in Ritzville City Park. Three have been told to stay off the Ritzville Municipal Golf Course.

Police Chief David McCormick told city council members Tuesday juveniles had been causing problems at several city owned locations.

He said the lighting in city park had not been working properly during recent weeks, making it easier for individuals to vandalize the bathrooms.
