The LRS Lady Broncos’ fastpitch team lost a doubleheader Saturday to Springdale, 17-1 and 21-8.
Wednesday they hosted Davenport in a rescheduled doubleheader. Results were not available at press time as the games weren’t played until after this week’s newspaper was finished.
The Lady Broncos needed to win both games to force a sixth place tie with Reardan. If they win both games then they would likely play on Saturday in a tiebreaker with Reardan at a neutral site. If LRS didn’t win on Wednesday, their season is over.
