Bronco Inn receives highest award for quality

The Best Western Plus Bronco Inn in Ritzville has received the Best Western Chairman’s Award, the hotel chain’s most prestigious and highest honor for outstanding quality standards.

The Chairman’s Award recognizes Best Western International hotels scoring in the top five percent of all 2,400 North America properties in cleanliness and maintenance. Hotels must also meet Best Western’s requirements for design and high customer service scores to qualify for the award.

“Receiving the Chairman’s Award from Best Western is a tremendous honor,” said Jessika Wolf, the general manager. “This is a challenging accomplishment considering the hotels are scored with the most demanding Quality Assurance program in our industry. The management is committed to providing clean, quality accommodations for our guests. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments have worked hard to achieve this level of excellence.”

Located at 105 West Galbreath Way, the Best Western Plus Bronco Inn features 63 rooms on three levels, three rooms that are larger suites, one featuring a Jacuzzi suite.

The guest rooms have recently been upgraded with fresh paint, new beds, new carpet, and a new credenza, which holds a refrigerator and microwave and newly purchased 37-inch flat screen TV’s with 100-plus channels from which to choose. A guest night stay comes with a complimentary full hot breakfast. The rooms are “pet friendly” on two levels. The hotel also has a fully equipped fitness room, indoor pool open 24 hours, and high speed wireless internet access.

The meeting room and patio accommodates over 50 people for meetings, family reunions, parties and pool parties.
