The Adams County Development Council (ACDC) is hosting the 2013 Annual Stakeholder Luncheon on Tuesday, Jan. 8, at noon at the C.J. Newland American Legion Memorial Hall. Individuals interested in attending the annual luncheon should contact assistant director Grace Shelby by Friday, Dec. 28.
