Oct. 13, 3:35 p.m. – A complainant camping in the area of North Cow Lake Road in Ritzville advised of subject shooting a rifle in their direction. Sergeant Stacy Flynn contacted the subjects and advised them to be aware of their surroundings.

Oct. 13, 9:59 a.m. – While on patrol Deputy Ned Bernath observed a subject walking near East Lee Road and South Hwy 261 outside of Washtucna. Dep.
