Stamp collectors to gather

The Inland Empire Philatelic Society is hosting the annual Rendezvous in Ritzville on July 28 at 1 p.m. at Jakes Restaurant. The annual meeting is in association with the Tri-City Stamp Club from Kennewick.

Speakers for the event are Henry Stevens, Joe Voice and David Oldfield. The attendance fee is $20 and includes a buffet and a silent auction. A fee of $6 is charged to individuals wishing only to participate in the program.
