VINTAGE SIGN OF THE TIMES. John Rankin, president of the Ritzville Downtown Development Association checks the fit of a piece of new neon that will be installed on the rehabilitated Ritzville City Center sign that once pointed the way to downtown from West First Avenue at the Adams Street intersection.
