Classic cars the highlight of Sunday

The Ritzville Classic Car Club is hosting its annual auto show during the Memorial Day weekend festivities on Sunday, May 27. The display around the Ritzville City Park is sure to catch the eye of any auto enthusiasts and can be found on display from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Registration for the show begins at 9 a.m. and there is a $10 entry fee per vehicle. Food vendors are also on site throughout the show.

The car club presents awards in several categories: President’s Choice, Undeberg Memorial, Participant’s Choice, People’s Choice Car, People’s Choice Truck, People’s Choice Motorcycle, Longest Distance Traveled and Oldest Vehicle.

A free limousine shuttle, provided by the Ritzville Classic Car Club, is scheduled to run every hour on the hour. The limousine provides transportation between the car show and the art show, and visitors can find the shuttle on Railroad Avenue.
