Wampum auction tickets available

The 2012 Wampum Auction is being held Saturday, May 5 in the Knuth Building at the Wheat Land Communities’ Fairground, beginning at 6 p.m. A social hour and silent auction kick-off the event, followed by a dinner providing by Cathy Jo’s Catering at 6:30 p.m.

A live auction begins after the dinner and Warren Kragt serves as the auctioneer for the evening. The crowning of the 2012 Fair Royalty also occurs during the Wampum event.

Auction items for the event include Spokane Chiefs hockey tickets, gift baskets, hotel stays, kids pedal tractors, Christmas yard name sign and much more.

Tickets are $20 in advance, or $25 at the door. Ticket locations are Sunny Spot Floral and Gift in Ritzville, Java Bloom in Washtucna, Jim’s Market in Lind and from any fair board or Lind and Ritzville FFA members.
