The Caring Neighbors board recently donated $500 to the Ritzville Police Department. The money went towards the purchase of a spike strip that is to be carried in an officer’s vehicle.
The strips are used to slowly and safely deflate the tires of an alluding vehicle. The spike strips increase the safety of the citizens of Ritzville.
Caring Neighbors is a non-profit entity established by Big Bend Electric Co-op. Big Bend Electric Co-op members donated the funds for Caring Neighbors.
