    CONNELL - North Franklin Heritage Museum plans to remodel the condemned building that used to house a historical bank. The work will cost an estimated $400,000, so museum officials are asking for community donations. The Jesse L.     LIND - An East Adams Rural Health mobile care unit will be here Thursday, July 27. The unit will park at City Park, 317 E. Taylor Galbreath, the daughter of John and Cari Galbreath of Ritzville; and Alexis Melcher, the daughter of Rodney and Jani Melcher of Lind, will both receive $2,500 scholarships.
