    The annual Ritzville Christmas Kickoff weekend occurs on Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, throughout the City of Ritzville.     Holiday shoppers are invited back to the 43rd Annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Ritzville Grade School.     The Ritzville City Council discussed the changes and modifications to the 2017 Fee Schedule at their meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 15.     Nathalia “Dolli” Vanderford was born in Ritzville, on Oct. 14, 1917, six years after her parents, Frederick Koch and Susannah Juckert, emigrated from the German colony of Kolb, Russia. The fourth of 10 children and the last to die, Dolli died on her 99th birthday, Oct. 14, in Yakima.
