    Oct. 20, 5:59 p.m. – A complainant advised of a verbal dispute during a custodial exchange in the 100 block of West Galbreath Way. Sergeant Mark Cameron contacted the complainant. The woman advised she is concerned that the father of her children is transporting the four children in a vehicle that doesn’t have enough seatbelts.
