    LIND - UPDATE 11/5 - The number of ballots counted in Lind Mayor and City Council races nearly doubled in three days. Incumbent Paula Bell has a 6 vote lead over challenger Jamie Schmunk, 100 to 94, in the race for Lind Mayor. The Council Position 1 race has changed in favor of challenger London Dew, who trailed Tuesday evening, but now leads incumbent Rosemary Elkington by 15 votes, 106 to 91. Chamberlain publicly conceded on social media, Friday, November 5th.     COLFAX - Lind-Ritzville-Sprague-Washtucna Cross Country runners wrapped up the season Saturday, October 30, at the Colfax Golf Course in the District 7/9 Regional Championships.
